Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Because Lashes by Eye Candy Lash and Inspirational Studio is by appointment only, the appointment day and time you choose is specifically for you. Therefore, reading and understanding our policy is very important.
For all New and Initial Lash Services you will be required to make a deposit of $50 (fifty dollars) when scheduling your appointment. This deposit is applied towards your service.
We respectfully ask that you give Eye Candy Lash and Inspirational Studio a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. You may cancel an appointment via a phone call. Voice message must be left if we cannot answer the phone.
EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT.
Need to reschedule your appointment? Your deposit will "roll over" until you come in for the service. However, it must be rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation in order for the deposit to roll over.
Late arrival will result in a shorten appointment!!!
A "no call no show" or last minute cancellation results in an empty room and an inconvience for other patrons who wanted that specific appointment time. In order to schedule the next appointment a new deposit must be made.
If one does not cancel the appointment in an appropriate time frame, they will need to make a new deposit for a new appointment. NO exceptions!!
